Prove that if {an} and {bn} are sequences with |an| ≤ bn for all n and if lim bn = 0, then lim an = 0 also?

I do not even know where to begin. Does |an| ≤ bn imply that an is a sub sequence of bn, and hence, any sub sequence of a convergent sequence also converges to the same limit?
