Anime movie involving land of flowers, a boy playing oboe etc?

I need to know the name of that film! As far as I can remember, there's a boy, Michael, an oboe player, who meets Flora, a fairy...there's also Fugue, a black little creature that traps Michael. The whole film is played with a background music of Tchaikovsky, Beethoven and other clical tracks. Any information would be greatly appreciated...I've been looking for it as it is a lovely film that gets kids interested in clical music...Help! :)
