What are some good appearence mods?

i have a 1998 honda prelude sh red, but i want to repaint it, what color? and what are some other stuff to the outside that would look good. JDM no ricer stuff...lip kit, but where from? i thought about black halo lights but would it look good with black paint job? and maybe tint but idk what the legal percentage is?
