Can I use my Oyster Card in Staines?

Staines is outside Greater London and beyond the zone 6 boundary, so normally you would not be able to use Oyster cards. However, TfL run a number of services to Staines that cross the boundary. You can use Oyster on the following routes: 117, 203, 216, 290. Buses from Staines to Thorpe Park are entirely outside the TfL area in Surrey, so Oyster cards cannot be used.
