Anyone have suggestions about treating fibrous adenomas?

You are better off not having these removed unless they are large enough to cause you problems wearing a bra or so asymmetric cosmetically. These tumors are quite common and benign. Surgery usually is done because cancer couldn't be excluded so if you know these are fibroadenomas, then no real benefit is gotten from removing them and you can see that complications are possible. Unfortunately, no over the counter remedies work. The same advice goes for cysts. Leave them alone unless they are extraordinarily bothersome.
