How to care for a pregnant tetra fish?

i KNOW fish don't give birth to live fish, but rather lay eggs. and i'm pretty sure i can rule out the disease dropsy because her scales aren't "pine coning" and she's eating normally. i'm just trying to figure out what to do/how to care for my fish. the only other kinds of fish we have in the tank are a sucker fish, an angel fish, and a few other neon tetras.
