I had a personal injury in the kitchen what should i do?

Hey i was trying to cook for myself for the first time since my partner is away on a business trip. So when i was trying to make pasta the pan slipped and boiling water went on to my private part. It's all red, skins starting to peel and it is very tender i am a boy btw. What should i do? it even hurts when i pee, not a burning felling but a sore and uncomfortable one. I tried putting moisturizer on it but i reacted to it and now the problem is even worse. I then tried to exfoliate.....it stung ALOT! and it started to bleed. I am to embarred to tell anyone since it has gone this far? what should i do??
