Is alot goin on in a girls head? more then one thinks?

when im walkin around and see girls and stuff, i always sense that something is goin on in there head, like they are sizing me up or paying attention to the little things i do to judge my character or personality or whatever. they seem calm and everything, but something about them makes me think they are taking everything into account, where guys is just kinda there, is this true ladies?
