Wedding questions for a New Years Eve Wedding?

In the invitations just ask for guests to please not wear the wedding colors. If you dont want anyone showing up in jeans, tshirts, etc. I would state that it is formal rather than semi-formal. Good party favors would be those little bottles that you pull the string and confetti pops out....its is New Years after all!
