AV8SCAN windows messenger alert keeps popping up on my screen how do I get rid of this virus?

This fake scan keeps popping up on my computer trying to make me download it. I think I got it from a facebook email virus but Im not sure. I ran spyware terminator, malwarebytes, and some other safe scans, they found a good amount and removed them and then I restarted my computer for them to take full affect but that stupid AV8SCAN is still popping up. If anyone knows how to get rid of this please let me know. P.S. I would rather have something that doesn't cost money. Thank you soo much.
