Why do 3rd world countries all have ugly, white skyscrs?

Yes, you are probably right. Countries like mine, which is Venezuela, might lack of fancy achitecture, but as you said we are a third world country and instead spending money on beautiful buildings, we better consider spending money on something more productive. Unfortunately, the current president is not helping Venezuela population but other countries population and he is giving away our money in order to get more political power among other poor 3rd world countries. Just as a suggestion, I invite you to visit any 3rd world country and focus on other type of beauty besides architecture. You will find great things, natural resources and beauty that none of ALL those develpod countries you mention can ever have.
