Can anyone convet letter format music to sheet music for me?

I don't think anyone can convert it to sheet music for you if we do not have the values of the notes and the time signature. How are we supposed to know what it sounds like, what's held longer and what's not? Besides that, I think that is going to be one looong song/chant if you're planning to put it on your body in the size that sheet music is usually written. Perhaps the only place it will fit is your torso.
