Ferroli Optimax He 31C Boiler. Help please!!?

I have the above boiler which is 6 months old. I have no instruction manual. The man who fitted it is on holiday abroad for 7 days. There is no hot water and the central heating will not turn off!! Even with the thermostat turned right down. Any advice would be very gratefully received. Thanks.
