I was diagnosed with pleurisy and bronchitis.?

I was sick for about 2 weeks prior to going to the emergency room, no insurance, I had pain in my throat, the back of my neck, my shoulders, in my back, pain when I coughed consistently, I had trouble swollowing, when I spoke or breathed, I had to take short breaths- it felt like I was drowning. The doctor said that my pulse rate was at 109, I had a chest ex-ray, and an mri. The doctor said that pleurisy normally goes away on its own in 10-14 days, but to speed up the process, he'd give me an anti-inflamatory. I ahve taken the meds everyday for a week, its all gone. I felt like I was getting better, but this is week five and my back, side, stomach, throat, neck, and sholder hurts. Along with that last week my eye became swollen. I am always picking at my eyes so I'm not surprised. Could this be something else.
