Whats wrong with the ozone layer and why?

What's wrong with the ozone layer is its depletion, its getting thinner and thinner everyday. This happens beacuse of the release of CFCs or chlorofluorocarbons to our atmosphere. These CFCs are released by refrigerants in sprays and our refrigerators. Because of this destruction of the ozone layer, the UV rays from the sun directly hit our earth. These UV rays cause several amounts of ilnesses, especially to our skin.
